Why it exists

Who is behind it
Small, but reachable
There is no corporation behind PostExpert — it is a sole proprietorship based in Innsbruck. That has a practical upside: when you write, your message does not land on the third tier of a ticket system.
Development stays close to the people who use the product. A lot of what is in PostExpert today came out of a conversation with someone who had one specific problem and no appetite for yet another tool.
