How it works
Set it up once, then it runs
Nothing to install, nothing to learn. Everything happens in the browser or on your phone.
1.Connect your account
You connect your Instagram account and upload a few photos from your business. Takes about ten minutes, once.
2.Posts arrive finished
PostExpert plans the week and lays out finished posts for you — photo, caption, hashtags and publishing time.
3.You approve
If a post looks right, you tap Approve. It is published automatically at the planned time — on a Sunday, or while you’re in the barn.

What does PostExpert cost?
The first 30 days cost nothing. After that from €19.95 per month, depending on the plan — all plans are on the pricing page. Prices are net prices for businesses.
Why do you need my payment details at the start?
So your account continues without interruption after the trial if you stay. Nothing is charged until 30 days have passed. If you cancel before that, nothing is charged at all.
What happens after the 30 days?
The first charge happens — for the plan you are on. The trial runs on the Ultra plan (€89.95 per month) so you can try everything. If you need less, switch to a smaller plan from €19.95 in the app before then — or cancel.
Where do the photos come from?
From your business. You upload them from your phone or computer — the posts are built from those. The more real the pictures, the more convincing your profile.
Can anything go live without me seeing it?
No. You get every post on your phone before it is published and approve it yourself. Automatic publishing without approval is optional — you switch it on yourself and can switch it off any time.
Does it work in Italian too?
Yes. Posts are available in German and Italian — for many businesses in the region you need both.
