Common questions about the process
How long does setup take?
Usually around ten minutes: connect Instagram, describe your brand, set the strategy. The first draft appears right after.
Does PostExpert really post on its own?
Yes — if you turn on auto-publish. In approval mode every post waits for your click. You can switch per account at any time.
Can I change drafts beforehand?
Every single one. Copy, hashtags, image, music and timing stay editable right up to publishing.
What if I don’t like a suggestion?
Discard it or have it regenerated. If it happens often, sharpen your brand context or strategy — the AI follows from the next draft onwards.
Do I need an Instagram business account?
Yes. The official Instagram interface may only publish for business and creator accounts. Switching over inside Instagram is free.
What happens if I pause an account?
Publishing stops while strategy, media and existing drafts stay. One click and it continues.
