Can PostExpert also post to Facebook?
No, publishing happens exclusively on Instagram. A connected Facebook Page is only read to supplement statistics. If your Facebook Page needs its own content, the Business Suite remains the right — and free — way to do it.
The Suite already has automatic replies — what’s different?
The Suite’s instant replies are rule-based: a fixed text sent on a trigger, mainly for messages. PostExpert’s comment AI writes every reply freely — from your knowledge base (opening hours, offers, typical questions plus a one-time website scan) and in the language the comment was written in. It’s not allowed to invent anything: if the answer isn’t in the knowledge base, it refers onward.
Do I lose anything if a third party posts instead of Meta itself?
PostExpert publishes via the same official Meta API the Business Suite works with — the post reaches the feed by the same route. One difference concerns stories: stickers like polls aren’t allowed by the API for any third-party tool; you add those in the app if needed. Do I still need a Facebook Page?
For PostExpert you need an Instagram professional account. A linked Facebook Page is still worthwhile: it provides additional statistics, and the location tag on posts only works via a Facebook Page with a stored address — Instagram doesn’t accept a freely typed place name.
Does the AI answer direct messages too?
Only on Ultra, and there within Meta’s 24-hour window. On Basic and Pro the AI answers comments under posts (on Pro up to -1 per week); for direct messages, the Business Suite’s inbox remains your tool.
What does PostExpert cost?

Does a post go live without my approval?
Only if you set it that way. New accounts start in approval mode: the post is created and scheduled, but presented for approval at the planned time — with an email reminder about an hour before. If you trust the automation, you switch approval off later.
Is automating Instagram allowed?
Yes, as long as publishing runs through Meta’s official API — which is exactly what PostExpert does. What’s problematic is automated following, mass likes and engagement bots; PostExpert stays away from all of that.
