What businesses ask us most often before their first post.
On the Free plan nothing — forever: one Instagram account, 2 finished posts a week, no payment details. It only costs more if you choose to switch to Pro (from €24.95 per month) or Ultra; nothing happens on its own. All plans are on the pricing page. Prices are net prices for businesses.
There’s no hidden one: Free never expires and needs no payment details. It is limited to one account and 2 posts a week, and each post ends with “Created with @postexpert.de”. If you want more posts or no note, you switch to Pro — that’s the part we live on.
You do. Every post sits in the app first, and you can edit or delete it. Then there are two ways: you approve each post with one tap, or you switch to automatic — then it goes live at the planned time. Worth knowing: a post waiting for approval does not go live, not even if you simply had no time. Our recommendation: approve the first few posts until you trust the tone, then switch to automatic. You can switch back any time.
The connection runs through Meta’s official Instagram login: you enter your password at Instagram, not with us, and we never see it. You can disconnect at any time — in the app or in your Instagram settings. The application and its database run in Frankfurt am Main; which other service providers we use is listed in full in the privacy policy. Who we are is in the imprint.
You need a professional account, i.e. “business” or “creator” — Meta requires that for any publishing through the official interface, whatever the tool. Switching is free and takes a minute in the Instagram app. You don’t need a Facebook page for it. No account yet? You can create one in a few minutes.
Yes. The website only saves you some typing: without one, you describe your business yourself in a few sentences — what you offer, for whom, where. You then upload the photos from your phone.
From your business: taken from your website or uploaded from your phone. The more real the pictures, the more convincing your profile. For topics with real products or rooms, you can set that only your own photos are used.
